Before I started training with Mick I was feeling very flat, I had a lack of energy. I was the guy that I didn't want to be when I was younger. I said to myself no beer gut when I get older, but this is what I had. Now after 12 weeks of training with Mick, I am a totally different person. I read food labels, carefully choose what to order if eating out, being very selective in what I eat. I understand about having the right nutrition to sustain my lifestyle. I have more life, more energy and satisfaction from what I have achieved. My clothes are looser, and my wife now comments that she can place her arms right around me. I need to keep going and ensure that I don't undo what has been achieved over the last 12 weeks, a loss of 14.6kg and 8.4% body fat, so there is no chance of me not sticking to this. I see myself continuing with having instruction from Mick to keep going to my goal weight of 90 kg.
